When In Doubt

When in doubt, always remember to conduct a self assessment of the situation. Ask/Tell yourself:
  1. Has there been any conflicting occurences?
  2. Are you reading more than necessary into a particular situation?
  3. What is the basis of your initial assumption?
  4. Reassess every detail, weighing the positive and negative implications and deciding on the most logical option
  5. Practise being a skeptic
  6. How would a 'person outside looking through the window' perceive the situation?
  7. Perhaps you are the one complicating the matter?
Only then can you make an assumption on what the situation is all about! :)
