We were listening to the radio on the way home and the topic of discussion was what you like and don't like about your job. Listeners were invited to call in and one particular caller was voicing what she didn't like about her job as an assistant company secretary - the misconception of the job scope. And I was like "Amen!"

10th Sewing Project: ZigZag Bag
Quite some time back I'd bought a whole bunch of textile from Fabric.com. Honestly, I have only used the jersey material of the whole lot. So after many months of mental planning and procrastination, I finally had the will and time to start off on a new project.

Where Does Your Loyalty Lie?
Again I have been mulling on a question.
Many Malaysians work in the public service. So as civil servants (or Government servants, for want of a better term), where should they place their loyalty in? The ruling Government? Or the party that promises a better future for the country?

Indescribably Inspirational
I'm no fashionista and more often would probably be classified as a fashion faux pas. But this recent interest in sewing has turned me into a picture-saving maniac of dresses I see online. Half the time I don't even know who the designer is. And the other half, I'm actually saving photos of replica dresses of the real stuffs! However, lately I've discovered that my OCD streak has a constant... Karen Millen dresses!

WTH Moment #1
Dear Mr Bus Driver, our residential road was not meant to be your parking lot. Every evening I can't even park my car in front of MY HOUSE for one stinking minute to open my gate and drive in without you giving me the unpleasant fecal face expressions and rude hand gestures. I have half a mind to report your unlawful use of our residential road to MBSA and get you and your boss summons! A-hole!!!

Theory on Magnets and my HTC Sensation
I was pretty upset when my barely 4 months' old HTC Sensation 4G started going bonkers while I was crossing the road to Sephora at Jalan Bukit Bintang. Yes, I remember vividly the moment(s) my phone started to crash every time I tried to use it. Knowledge that my phone did not have warranty and the not-so-recent discovery of the Lelong seller's absconding, which resulted in many police reports lodged against him despite his reasons given (robbed of his stock) and promises made (of paying everyone back in due course), did not help in dispelling my sorrow.
Whenever I flicked between the 7 home screens, my phone would freeze, become unresponsive and the screen will go blank white with only a green "htc", and subsequently the "loading" screen pops up. This "crashing" sequence would repeat every time I try to access a feature - which was more than 10 times in less than an hour.

Egg-cited!
Being the closet "kiasu" that I am, after seeing a couple of my Facebook friends post photos and status updates about their eggs standing, I jumped out of bed and went downstairs to the kitchen, rummaging for some eggs. A carton-full of eggs I found, but very little patience I had. I was not able to stand any eggs in my first attempt.

Fact of the day on Flatulence
I can't resist stupid fart jokes. But gas is a natural thing that everyone has (no matter how funny we [I] find it)!

Damn!
I really love this bunch of colleagues. We have had many moments of laughter, games, name-calling and heart-to-hearts in the few months I've known them thus far.

Wait a minute... I know that guy!
At this ungodly hour, I was researching for more info on an opportunity a kind friend had introduced to me.
